KAZCHEMISTRY Association of Chemical Industry ULP is a non-profit organization that unites about 30 enterprises of chemical and related industrial sectors. The mission of the Association is to achieve the level of industry world leaders development, which can be implemented by the domestic chemical industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the Association is to create, relying on the legislative basis, favourable conditions for dynamic and sustainable development of chemical and related industrial sectors. Key areas: - Examination of draft normative legal acts which are developed by state bodies, affecting interests of chemical and related industrial sectors; -Participation in development of the EAEU Technical Standards, national standards, standards of enterprises in the field of chemical and related industrial sectors; -Development of proposals on training (retraining) of personnel within the requirements of chemical and related industrial sectors; -Development of proposals for draft legislative acts on foreign trade (sales of export products); -Interaction with international organizations on issues of mutually beneficial cooperation; -Participation and development of proposals in the framework of state development programs projects, action plans (road maps) within chemical and related industrial sectors; -Development of proposals on necessary measures of development institutions state support within chemical and related industrial sectors; -Development of proposals for draft legislative acts on government-regulated procurement (state procurement, procurement of subsoil users, procurement of Samruk-Kazyna SWF JSC); -Development of proposals for draft legislative acts on attracting affordable financing; Interaction with state bodies and sectoral associations on industrial cooperation development
